Registration is now available online and is easy and in-depth so that we can have as much prior knowledge about your child. Please be open and honest with us, so we can better serve your child.

Campership

Early Bird Discount
get $25 off all spring, summer camps until March 4th, 2024
Family Rate
This is available to all families with more than one child! The oldest child will be full rate, each additional child beyond that will receive a $25 discount. (Can Not Be Combined with Multi-Camp Discount)
Multi-Camp Rate
This is available to campers who register for more then one camp. First camp is the full rate and each additional camp will receive a $25 discount (Can Not Be Combined with Family Rate Discount) Call us we will apply this discount for you!
We have had lots of requests in the past for payment plans. We understand it is a lot to make one lump payment on your camp fees. This plan is eligible for all summer programs, all spring and fall programs must be paid in full at time of registration.
Our 2024 Summer Program Payment Plan Policy: A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at enrollment to hold your campers spot, with all remaining fees processed on June 14, 2024. Registrations received after June 14, 2023 must be paid in full at time of registration.
What does that look like for you?
- Sign in to our online registration and complete all paperwork and select your campers program.
- *Choose to pay 20% of your total invoice.
- We take care of the rest.
- On June 14th, your on-file credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your invoice. (If not paid via credit card/visa debit, remainder of payments will need to be made manually by June 14th)
- Feel free to make any additional payments during the 80 day time period.
What if I don’t make the final payment?
Your camper’s spot and 20% deposit will be forfeited.

If there are any challenges with making the 20% deposit please reach out as we would love to help reduce the barriers for your child to attend camp in 2024
Cancellations with at least 2 weeks’ notice will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations or early departures with extenuating circumstances (medical reasons, death in the family) may also be considered for reimbursement. Refunds are not issued in instances where a camper is removed from the camp program at the request of the camper, the camper’s parent/guardian or when a camper is expelled from camp for behavioral reasons.
Camp Tamarack reserves the right to cancel any program if the registration numbers are not high enough to cover the costs of running the program. A full refund will be granted if another date is not suitable.
