Retreats and Summer Camp Program Registration Open

Each program is tailored to have an emphasis on a specific interest. We aim to stay within our base of knowledge while working with the community at large to offer additional programming to continue to grow and offer dynamic program options. We hope that each child that attends can find a program that is suitable for them to discover their potential and be the best person they can be. Through planned programs with experienced leaders we offer many choices for your camper to try something knew or improve upon their pre-existing skills.

Additional Summer Camp Information

8:8 Option:

This option allows campers to experience only days at camp (e.g. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and head home to sleep!

Cabins Selection:

Cabin choices are female, male and gender inclusive.

Age & Grade:

Age is decided by the age they will be on December 31st of the current year. Grade refers to the one they are currently enrolled or have completed.

Exception:

Primary Camp: Must be age 4 by first day of camp.

Waitlists:

If your campers preferred program is currently full, please put them on the waitlist through our registration portal.

Camp Tamarack Cancellation Policies

PD Day Camps and Teachers Convention

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexibility whenever possible while ensuring our programs are safely and appropriately staffed.

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled camp date are eligible for:

A full camp credit valid for 12 months, or
A refund minus a $10 administrative fee per PD/Convention Day Camp registration or $25 administrative fee per Spring Break registration.

Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled camp date are considered final and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Spring Break and I CAN BE Retreats

CAMP TAMARACK has limited enrollment and can only accept a certain number of campers is each age group per Session.

Spaces are not reserved until registration fees are paid in full (due 4 weeks before the program start date)

Cancellation requests made between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the program start date are non-refundable.

SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY 2026

Cancellation requests submitted before June 1st are fully refundable, minus a minimum $25 administrative fee or 5% which ever is greater.

Cancellation requests made after June 1st and at least two weeks before your selected camp start date is 50% refundable, with an additional $25 administrative fee or 5 % whichever is greater.

Cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in non-refundable registration fees.

For All Programs

Refunds will not be issued if a camper is withdrawn from the program at the request of the camper, their parent/guardian, or if the camper is expelled due to behavioral issues.

Camp Tamarack reserves the right to cancel any program if registration numbers do not meet the necessary threshold to cover operational costs. In such cases, a full refund will be given if an alternative date cannot be arranged.

Our 2026 Payment Plan Policy

Policy 1:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at enrollment to hold your camper’s spot, with all remaining fees due within 120 days or by June 1st, 2026, whichever is sooner. Registrations received as of June 1st, 2026, must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Policy 2:

(4 payments) A 20% deposit is due at enrollment to hold your camper’s spot, 25% due April 1st, 25% due May 1st and 30% due June 1st, 2026.

What does that look like for you?

Sign in to our online registration, complete all paperwork, and select your camper’s program.
Choose to pay 20% of your total invoice.
Pick either the four-installment plan or the 120-day plan.
On day 120 or June 1st, 2025 (whichever is sooner), your on-file credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your invoice. If you choose to pay by e-transfer, we will send you a reminder a week before payment is due.
Feel free to make any additional payments during the 120-day time period.

What if I don’t make the final payment?

Your camper’s spot and 20% deposit will be forfeited.
