Mountain Bike Adventure

Camp Tamarack offers three Mountain Bike programs, designed to support progression from introductory trail riding to downhill mountain biking.


Trail Riding at Camp Tamarack

Ages 6–12 | $600

An introductory mountain biking program for campers who are building confidence and trail skills and are not yet ready for downhill riding.

Campers ride three afternoons at Camp Tamarack

Focus on balance, braking, steering, and trail awareness

Trails are sandy and uneven

Campers must be able to ride confidently on their own bike

Bikes and helmets are provided

This program is ideal for younger riders and those newer to trail environments.


Mountain Bike Adventure

Ages 8–12 | $650

Designed for confident riders ready to progress into downhill mountain biking.

4 half days of downhill riding

Morning sessions Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Instruction provided by professional staff at Nitehawk Adventure Park

Riders should be comfortable on single-track trails and downhill terrain


Teen Mountain Bike Adventure

Ages 11–17 | $650

Designed for confident riders excited for downhill mountain biking.

4 half days of downhill riding

Morning sessions Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Instruction provided by professional staff at Nitehawk

Riders must be comfortable on single-track trails and downhill terrain
